Another smokin' kettlebell workout:
Two-hand swings x 10
Front squats x 8
Push-up x 8
One-hand snatch x 8 R&L
One-arm bent-over row x 8 R&L
One-arm clean & press x 6 R&L
That circuit 2x with minimal rest between sets, then...
one more 10-rep set of two-hand swings just to make sure I was good and spent.
Legs were a famous gelatin dessert after that.
